To enroll: fill out and submit the form below then mail your cheque to WaterfallYoga. Please fill out one form per child, per session. If you are enrolling for two different sessions you will need to fill out one form for each session.

Registration will be accepted after the session begins, space permitting, and fee will be pro-rated.

Make cheques payable to WaterfallYoga and mail to WaterfallYoga, 232 Queen Elizabeth Drive, Ottawa Ontario, K1S 3M4.

Remember to bring your mats and water bottles to class!

Please note that the payment method is cheque. Cheques must be received at the following address prior to the first class:

Due to high demand, spaces are reserved on a first come first served basis and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received. An additional $25 processing fee is required for cheques returned NSF.
